TiNT for elevators (prototype.a)

TiNT is an automatic system for generating sound.
TiNT generates site-specific sound.
TiNT can be built in home appliances as a decorative component.
TiNT itself can be a decorative furniture.
TiNT can be individually customized for a specific activity such as TiNT for writing, TiNT for sleeping, etc.
TiNT is inspired by Erik Satie's "furniture music" and Brian Eno’s “generative music”.

This work is one of the prototypes of TiNT project, TiNT for elevators. It continuously analyzes the acoustic state of a visitor's surrounding environment and automatically generates ambient music for that moment.
